• Dispute Resolution (Litigation in China, International Litigation/Arbitration) 

1. Represented an Italian electronics company to file lawsuit before the court in Zhejiang Province, China in connection with trade disputes arising from Sales Contract and succeeded in getting an award in favour of the Italian company.

2. Represented an Italian electronics company to file lawsuit before the court in Guangdong Province, China in connection with trade disputes arising from Sales Contract and succeeded in getting an award in favour of the Italian company.

3. Represented a US company of software copyright infringement against several companies in Shenzhen and won the Court's judgment.

4. Leading and cooperating with a well-known international law firm in filing an application for recognition and enforcement of PRC arbitral awards in UAE court.

5. Representing a UK company to file lawsuit against a Chinese company before the court in Guangdong Province in connection with disputes arising from Distribution Agreement.

6. Leading and cooperating with an US law firm, on behalf of a Chinese LED display manufacturer, to defend the lawsuit filed by a US insurer   in US court, proving legal advice and leverages to US law firm on Chinese law edge, succeed in settling the claim by satisfying terms before responding to the complaint.

 

• Debt collection in China and International Debt collection

1. Succeeded in representing an US company to collect over USD400,000 owed by a Chinese importer under sales contract.

2. Succeeded in representing a well-known Brazilian football club to collect USD150,000 owed by a Chinese company under sponsorship contract.

3. Succeeded in representing foreign companies from Brazil, mid-east and Europe to collect the payment advanced to Chinese exporters who failed to delivered the goods upon receiving the payment. 

4. Succeeded in representing a Chinese company in debt collection owed by a US Company.

5. Succeeded in representing a Chinese company in debt collection owed by an Ecuadorian Company.

 

• SINOSURE Matters, SINOSURE Blacklist, Trade Credit Claims

1. Represented a Brazilian company to negotiate with a Chinese supplier (also SINOSURE’s policyholder) on trade disputes arising from quality issue and reached a satisfying settlement agreement before the Chinese supplier filing claim to SINOSURE, keeping the Brazilian company s trade credit in SINOSURE.

2. Represented policyholders to file arbitration against a well-known trade insurer in China in connection to a few trade claims, and succeeded in getting awards in favour of the policyholder.

3. Representing an US company to negotiate with SINOSURE and its policyholder and their attorney on trade disputes arising from quality issue, aiming to settle the disputes and keep the US company’s trade credit in SINOSURE.

 

• Cross-border Investment In China

1. Providing legal service for an European company in connection to purchasing assets from Chinese company and setting factory in China, from conducting legal due diligence to drafting transaction documentations.
